Shipping Overview
At Taji Beauty, we take great care in packaging your hair products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All wigs, bundles, and accessories are carefully inspected, neatly packed, and shipped with tracking to provide you with peace of mind.
Processing Times:

In-stock wigs and bundles: Ship within 3-5 business days of ordering.

Custom-made wigs and bundles: Ship within 6-8 weeks of ordering, as each unit is handcrafted to your specifications.

Hair care products and accessories: Ship within 2-3 business days of ordering.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (SAST) will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the courier’s website after receiving your confirmation email.
Packaging Standards for Hair Products
To preserve the quality and integrity of your wig or bundles, we use the following packaging methods:

Wigs: Each wig is carefully folded or placed on a foam head (when applicable), secured with tissue paper, and sealed in a protective bag before being placed in a sturdy shipping box.

Bundles: Hair bundles are rolled, tied with satin ribbons or elastic bands, and sealed in individual protective bags to prevent tangling during transit.

Custom units: Custom wigs are shipped in专门的 boxes with additional padding to maintain the style and lace integrity.
We recommend that upon receiving your package, you inspect the contents immediately to ensure the hair products are in the condition described.
Address Verification
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the leading cause of delivery delays.
If an address correction is required after your order has been shipped:

You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Delivery may be delayed by 1-3 business days.
Taji Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs processing, remote locations, or unforeseen carrier delays.
P.O. Box Addresses
For deliveries within South Africa:

Standard courier services typically do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

If a P.O. Box is the only available address, your order will be shipped via South African Post Office (SAPO) . Please note that SAPO deliveries may experience longer transit times and limited tracking. Taji Beauty is not liable for delays or losses once the package is handed over to SAPO.
International Shipping
Taji Beauty ships worldwide. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on the destination.
Important International Shipping Information:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Taji Beauty does not collect these fees at checkout; they will be billed separately by the carrier or customs office.

Customs clearance times vary by country and may delay delivery. Taji Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Some countries have restrictions on hair products (e.g., human hair imports). Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Handling & Care Instructions Upon Delivery
To ensure your wig or bundles remain in optimal condition:

Do not cut, trim, wash, or apply any products to your wig or bundles before inspecting them.

If you notice any issues with your order (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@tajibeauty.co.za.

For lace wigs, we recommend allowing the wig to rest for 24-48 hours after unpacking to allow the hair fibers to settle into their natural texture.
Risk of Loss & Lost Packages
Once your package is picked up by the carrier and the tracking status shows “in transit,” the risk of loss passes to the customer.
Taji Beauty is not liable for:

Packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being handed over to the carrier.

Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors or building management.

Verify that the shipping address entered was correct.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If requested, Taji Beauty will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. However, we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier or for packages lost due to incorrect address information.
Custom Orders (Made-to-Order Wigs & Bundles)
Custom wigs and bundles are made to your exact measurements and specifications. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production and shipping.
Important Custom Order Information:

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable (please refer to our Returns Policy).

We are not responsible for improper measurements provided by the customer.

Colour variations may occur due to monitor settings; we recommend requesting a colour ring or sample before placing custom orders for colour-critical purchases.
Shipping Restrictions
Taji Beauty does not ship to the following without prior approval:

Freight forwarding addresses (packages shipped to forwarders are at the customer’s own risk)

War zones or countries under international sanctions

Addresses that are flagged as fraudulent or high-risk
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified within 2 business days, and a full refund will be issued.
