01. Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Taji Beauty is easy. Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, choose your specifications (length, texture, etc.), and click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via PayFast, which allows you to pay using:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Instant EFT (direct bank transfers from major South African banks)

  • Mobile Payments (SnapScan, Zapper, Mobicred)

  • Masterpass

All payments are processed securely through PayFast’s encrypted platform. We do not store any of your banking details.

Is PayFast safe to use?

Yes, PayFast is a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway used by thousands of South African online stores. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed, giving you peace of mind when shopping with Taji Beauty.

02. Order Processing & Tracking

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in the packing or shipping stage and cannot be modified.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

We take great care in packing every order, but if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

03. Returns, exchanges and complaints

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products (hair and wigs are hygienic items), we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item is defective or not as described, please refer to our warranty policy below.

Is PayFast safe to use?

Yes, PayFast is a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway used by thousands of South African online stores. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed, giving you peace of mind when shopping with Taji Beauty.

Can I pay via bank transfer or cash deposit?

Currently, we only accept payments through PayFast for faster order processing and secure transactions. If you have any special requests, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.

When will my payment be confirmed?

Once your payment is successfully processed through PayFast, you will receive an immediate confirmation. Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed. If paying via Instant EFT, please note that it may take a few minutes for the payment to reflect.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Defective products (proven manufacturing fault)

  • Incorrect items sent (wrong texture, length, or product)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you’re unsure about a product, please contact us before ordering – we’re happy to help you choose the right texture, length, or wig style.
