Our Return Process
- Contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order via phone at (+27) 612284409 or email at sales@tajibeauty.co.za.
- One of our customer service representatives will review your return.
- If approved, you will receive an email with a return form to complete. You must ship the item back to us within 7 calendar days of receiving approval.
- Email customer service at sales@tajibeauty.co.za with the tracking number used to ship your return. Once your return is delivered and processed, you will receive an email with a store credit code.
Return Policy
If for any reason you receive your product and are unhappy with it, you may return it within 7 days of approval. Simply complete Taji Beauty’s Easy Return steps above. When your return is received, we will confirm the item is in new condition. If the item is in new condition, you will receive an email confirmation and a store credit code within 2 business days.
We understand the challenges of purchasing beauty products online without the chance to experience them first-hand, which is why we offer first-time customers a reduced restocking fee of 20% on returns. Please take the time to read the full details above on how returns are processed.
Requirements for Returns
In order for your return to qualify, the item must be unaltered and in factory-perfect condition (for sanitary and safety reasons). For example:
- No lace has been trimmed or cut from the unit (if applicable).
- No adhesives or tape have been applied to the product.
- Hair has not been cut, trimmed, washed, dyed, permed, curled, flat ironed, combed, or finger combed.
- Tags and original packaging are intact.
- No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit.
- All returned items must meet the strict criteria outlined to qualify for a return.
Taji Beauty reserves the right to refuse any ineligible returns. Customers are allowed up to two returns per calendar year. Any additional return requests beyond this limit will be denied. Additionally, only one return is allowed per order.
Shipping Returns to Taji Beauty
Any shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping items with tracking and insurance, as Taji Beauty is not responsible for items lost by mail carriers.

Returns/Exchange Policy for Custom Orders
Due to the nature of the item, ALL sales are FINAL on custom orders. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully. Our suppliers will make your custom order according to your exact specifications.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in an item that does not fit.
- We are not responsible for variances in colour caused by monitor settings or photographs.
